4. Enrollment and Registration

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and must be paid in full before the start of the program unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during enrollment.

Fees include all materials and resources specified in the program description. Additional costs, if any, will be clearly communicated before enrollment.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund if withdrawal occurs more than 7 days before program start
• 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 3-7 days before program start
• No refund for withdrawal less than 3 days before program start or after program begins
• Refunds processed within 14 business days of approved request

If we cancel a program, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Our services provide financial education and should not be construed as:

• Financial advice or recommendations to buy or sell specific investments
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice
• A promise of specific financial outcomes
• Professional financial planning or portfolio management
